Working Process Vacuum Vibration Pressing MachineLY Series vacuum vibration pressing machine is used to make the Artificial Quartz Stone plate bulk material into blank plate. Pressing machine contains machine frame, vacuum box, vibration plate, vibration motor, lifting oil cylinder, pressurized cylinder, transmission parts, vacuum parts, hydraulic electric control, etc. Comparing with the external type compressor, it has advantages such as low power consumption, light weight, low cost etc. It can make maximum thickness 60mm plate, three maximum width specifications 1000mm, 1700mm and 1900mm.Heating Solidify BoxOven adopts energy-efficient burner with diesel fuel and the burner box had been sealed completely so it can be heat up very quickly. Also it can heat 10 piece plates at the same time so it can save energy conspicuously compare with other kind solidify oven.( The common kind oven heated with heat plate and heat oil frame should heat the dozen of steel plate to reach to the solidify temperature, then the panel can feed in. So it will consume more energy.) There are 10 layers in total and the solidify time is about 1-3 hours according to the thickness of the panel. This oven is fit for panel with 760*3000mm size and it mainly includes the solidify box, burning room, wind pipe, fan and ten layer frame.Thickness Calibrating MachineLX thickness calibrating machine serves an unique structure, main shaft and guide rail. All part self-lubrication, controlled and displayed by computer. Splash, water and fog proof state is well . Osciallation and transmission speed is adjustable. It is designed for the process of calibrate thickness before polishing artificial quartz stone. There are three types: 4 ends, 6 ends, 8 ends. It can make three width type quartz stone for size 1m, 1.7m, 1.9m. Range of vertical stroke of the cutter is 60mm, the max thickness of processable artificial quartz stone is 50mm.Plate Turnover MachineLF series plate turnover machine is ancillary support machine of artificial quartz stone production line, so that the plate can be milled on both sides to calibrating thickness. The maximum width of turnover plate have 1000mm, 1700mm, 1900mm. Plate turnovers maximum thickness 50 mm. Enter, out and turnover of plate are all finished automatic.Electric-driven Hydraulic Slab Turnover Vehicle1.The process of turnover plate adopts high integration hydraulic system to drive cylinder.2.It has buffering and damping device.3.Adopt motor-driven roller transfer plate.4.It has the function of automatic move and feeder plates.Sewage Purification Separation and RecyclingSewage discharges from the processing workshop converge into the sewage tank by ditch. At the same time liquid pool pour the precipitant and water according to the prepared proportion into sewage pool, and then slurry pump pour them into the sewage tank. The chemical flocculation of the sewage liquid in the sewage tank can accelerate the precipitation, and the suspended liquid is divided into two layers, the upper part is clear and the lower is turbid. While pouring sewage into the sewage tank, forcing the upper water to overflow into the water purifying tank and lower slurry pour into the slurry pool intermittently. Water in the water tank after the second precipitation flows back to the workshop cycle combined, and at the bottom of the tank precipitate slurry pour into the slurry pool. After mixing mud in mud pit, plunger pump pumping it to pressure filter to filter. The mud is formed to be filter cake in filter room. Filter cake is delivered out and landfill treatment.
